edSPIRIT Additional Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern

the use of the instance of edSPIRIT which is created for you in this Website, and, any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner in a legally binding way.

The User must read this document carefully.

Account Suspension in Free Plans

If for any reason the Licensee does not use its free plan for at least 3 months and no one has logged into it, the site will be suspended. Data is preserved and the Licensee can always request edSPIRIT to activate it.

If a site is suspended for at least 3 months, it will be completely deleted.

Standby Mode

Our standby mode function aims to achieve the ideal harmony between efficiency and resource preservation. Standby mode automatically activates when instances have been idle for a predetermined amount of time, typically one week. During this period, the instances enter a low-power mode, consuming minimal energy while remaining accessible for instant reactivation.

Changes to the Document

All documents are dated and reflect the date that a changed document has come into effect. It is users’ responsibility to review such documents and their continued use of the website or application is considered as consent to the new document.
